youtube addiction is real

So I said, fuck you anxiety! then I reactivated my Instagram account.

I recently reactivated my Instagram account to connect with friends and possibly new people. Having deactivated my account for months now, I no longer have the addicting compulsion to open Instagram anymore. It's amazing to know that nothing much has really changed. Really. Goes to show how shit FOMO truly is. Now, for the record, I am using Instagram in an unconventional way. I open Instagram on Safari's private browsing tab which automatically exits the session when I get out of Safari. Finally, a big change I'm implementing is unfollowing celebrity and brand accounts. That's all for now.

If there is one social media app I can't seem to get away from, it is YouTube. I open YouTube all the time on my phone. it doesn't help that my hearing device is connected to my phone so it's the perfect device to watch content. I have nothing much to say anymore except... maybe try to be more conscious when using it? Perhaps calling it an addiction should be a good start on its own.
