my inability to wake up in the morning is killing me
I'm at loss for words. My sleeping schedule is nothing abnormal by students' standards (I sleep at 11pm) yet as of lately I have been struggling to wake up early. No joke. I've missed all the bus rides this week (except today and tomorrow) because of this. This is like really, really weird because just a few months ago, I had no trouble making myself wake up at 4am. Today, I tried waking up at 6 am, a natural and human time, but my body resisted so I woke up at 7:47 instead. I went off to uni by 12 to grab lunch and study. By 3pm, my sleepiness started kicking in. I kept yawning during the study session and at one point, I stared at a continuity problem like it was my first time (it wasn't), that's when I knew I couldn't study anymore. It didn't help it was raining like crazy as well (always blame the weather). Used the bus so I was forced to walk through the rain while a student couple in front of me were holding hands (what the hell). Got back at 4:30ish, immediately went to sleep, I scheduled my alarm to wake me up at 5:30, ended up waking up at 7:10. Damn. Now, I'm going to grab dinner and study again, hopefully my brain doesn't fart again.
